 Bug Description
Explain the issue in detail:  
mcMMO skills aren't available for copper tools. As in, unable to do any of the "you raise your <tool>" into ability activation, and unsure if I'm gaining levels when using the copper tools. Unsure if this is intentional.

 Steps to Reproduce
Use a copper tool and attempt to do mcmmo things (abilities etc)

This issue has now been resolved. mcMMO abilities and experience should be working correctly with copper tools again.
